For years i have been using KODI for playing my media files. I use a Humax 5050c and 5200c for TV recordings and at night all recordings from both devices will be copied to my Synology NAS so i can play the recordings anywhere in the house.
Kodi is running on Chromecast with Google TV (the wite one with remote controller)
That was always running fine and no problems with it.
But after the last update from KODI i now have the following problem.
KODI version: 21.1 (21.1.0) GIT: 20240817-d00181569e
OS Chromecast: Android TV 12.0.0 API Level 31 (kernel: Linux 4.9.269)
I can start the TS file without problems and is playing fine.
When i stop the media from playing and than start it again to continue it is playing in slow motion. Audio is working normal.
Temporary solution is to use the button |<< so that the file is at the beginning of the file and then press STOP.
When i then start the file again without problem but i then have to search the timecode were i stop the first time.
So every time when i stop the file and later want to continue playing i have to do that again.
I use 2 Chromecast (one Ethernet connection and one WiFi) and both have the problem and before the update all was working fine.
All other media files are running fine.
