I’m using Kodi via OSMC for many years on a Raspberry. Since some years, on a Pi4 with 2GiB and I *really* like that solution 
With the latest update of OSMC, I got Kodi v21 and after the update, kodi kept restarting because the OOMK killed it. I added a swapfile (ugh) and found that Kodi 21 needs >3GiB memory on startup (and on other occasions). This was with vanilla kodi, no plugins installed.
I’m not complaining, but it would be nice to know if this is expected behaviour or a regression – or something else
