Netflix on Batocera version of Kodi video error

when using Netflix, it can play the audio perfectly, use subtitles but only displays a black screen instead of video. I have played around with some settings of the addon, and even general playback setting for the whole system but nothing seems to work. my other apps also don’t work, but they can be fixed another day. Any help would be appreciated, cheers
