MySql with 3 clients, Kodi widgets with recently added shows are slow to update

I have windows 10 running MySQL with 3 total clients. Client 1 is the main kodi system that updates the library/database. Client 2 and 3 do not update the library just read from it but they are slow to receive the database updates. Since only 1 system can update the database is there a way i can refresh the library on client 1 and 2, something i can map to a remote key maybe? Sorry if this is hard to understand i had bad seizure’s and my mind isn’t what it once was.
