Smart playlist filters out sex and nudity

I’m trying to create a playlist that would allow me to filter out all movies with nude/nudity and sex/sexual. The way I tried is MPAA doesn’t contain (each) nudity, nude, sex, sexual, since this is material only for adults, including other adult material like porn movies or a guide on choosing the best pleasure toy which is something exclusively design for adults as well. If I reverse it so it”contains” it does show all movies with that but if I switch it to “does not contain” it just shows all movies. So if it is displaying all with nudity then why can’t I filter it out? I also have enabled match one or all
