movies in 1080p

I have a nvidia SHIELD Android TV and I use the software codes Quasar and when I run movies in the 1080 P and occasionally in 720p it occasionally gets stuck for half a second and continues to run the movie. It happens sometimes in other extensions. I changed HDMI Cable also supports 4K
And it did not help.
what can we do?
