MCERemote addon not available.

I have seen where this should be a addon available.
I follow this guide. Add-on:MCERemote (wiki)

But the addon never shows up.
Im using Ubuntu 16.04 and Kodi Jarvis.

Is it because I am using Linux? Any work around?
