Working Incorrectly

Hello, I’m new to this which you can probably tell because this isn’t the greatest explanation but when loading Kodi I cannot use the mouse it doesn’t even show up. I have to use the keyboard and nothing works doing it that way. Uninstalling it and trying again does nothing what so ever It worked fine for awhile then all of a sudden not anymore. If anyone can help thanks.
