IPTV script works on 1 device, not the other

I am trying to run a script on a new device I have. It works fine on another device I have but not on the new device. I even tried to run it on my PC with no success. On the new device (and PC) it will not launch the selected stream. I can not figure it out. I receive a lot of errors of an unsupported protocol but no clue what that means. I am using Kodi 16.1 on all devices with the same stock settings. Here is my debug log if anyone can offer some assistance: http://pasted.co/3d53850e
