Independent repo banned thread

Since my Independent Repository thread has been closed and I can’t reply, can a team member explain this decision please?

Which specific Add-on is banned? I will remove it immediately.

I think there has been a genuine mistake here as we do not allow any Add-ons that violate any official repository rules. I checked and double checked with the Add-on uploaders that were fixed.
