HELP to remove addons PERMANENTLY?

Hi. I have had a couple of different Android Boxes. Recently I decided that I would like to purchase the Sunvell T95Z Plus TV Box. It came preloaded so like usual I wiped it and installed only the addons I wanted. Soon after, it re-installed all the addons that were preloaded on it before I wiped it. I got the fresh start addon and tried again. This time the addons remained gone until I cleared the cash at which time they re-downloaded on their own. These predownloaded apps cause the box to not work as well. How can I remove them permanently so that they NEVER return. Thank-you for reading and I look forward to any advice you have to offer.
