Strange Language change between episodes

This is my first post so the first thing I would like to say is…GREAT PROGRAM, I’m having a blast watching shows I haven’t seen since the late ’50s. However I have encountered a rather strange situation concerning the ‘I Dream of Jeannie” series. Season one is in English. S02E01 thru S03E13 is in German. And S03E14 thru to the end of season 5 is back to English. Very weird. Any comments as to why.
