Can’t install KODI on new Linux Mint 18.1

I get this error when installing via the software manager, [Image: view?usp=sharing] this is the error I get. When I had the older Linux Mint 17 Kodi worked fine. I also tried the command prompt instructions to install and no luck with that either.
