I just use Kodi to watch Twitch streams and on Krypton beta 7 I have no problems at all however on RC2 the video will randomly freeze and then it will start to play again but at a higher speed and without sound until it catches up to where the live stream is and then continue with normal speed and sound.
I would expect the above to happen if there was a problem with the twitch stream but since I only have this issue on RC2 and not on any of the previous beta’s the problem should be in RC2.
Did something change with the videoplayer or buffering in the RC2 release?
In the log below I watched for about 15min before the stream froze, I then reinstalled beta 7 and I did not have another freeze even though I watched the stream for about 8 hours.

A totally unrelated problem I have is when I watch VOD’s on twitch is that if I want to skip to 15 minutes in the VOD I will just press 1500–> OK on the remote and it will correctly jump to 15min in the VOD but there is no visual representation of what buttons I’m pressing. So if I miss one zero it will jump to 1:50min instead and I have to redo to whole thing. It would be nice if I could get some feedback on screen what buttons I’m pressing, you had that in some earlier beta but it was removed for some reason.
