I am having an interesting issue with Kodi 17 RC. Most of the time everything works fine. However once in a while when I click on any video, the picture comes, there is sound but picture isn’t moving. Stuck in the opening scene. The only way for me to get video back is to shutdown Kodi which always requires hard restart to fix it.
The only error I’ve seen is this:

After I restart everything seems to be fine.
This has happened to me on youtube addon, FoodTV, and recorded TV. Thus far.
