No 1080p streams all of a sudden

Been running Jarvis on an android box and raspberry pi for quite some time without any issues. I built an htpc running windows 10 and ran kodi perfect for 3 weeks. This pc is only for kodi, nothing else has been installed or modified, all of a sudden every 1080p stream says stream not available (some hd are buffereing). I unplug the pc and plug in my RP3 and the same exact show/episode/1080p stream plays flawlessly. What could’ve caused this change all of a sudden? Is this something that would show in a debug log?
