[RC4] [Windows] Bluray subtitles are not be displayed

Hi,

I am played an Bluray ISO or an MKV – File and the subtitles are with the latest RC4 from Kodi 17 are not be displayed. With RC3 works fine.

I am use Windows 10 Pro 1607
