In conjunction with the existing IncreasePAR and DecreasePAR,
the new actionID ResetPAR would allow anyone to set the pixel aspect
ratio via scripting.
I looked into modifying the code… searching for ACTION_INCREASE_PAR shows
three files… However, the instructions for compiling Kodi on three different platforms
are daunting.
