No sound, fine the day before

I was watching kodi one day and the next day I started it up and there was no sound. This has happened before and all I had to do was unplug the android box for a bit and when I plugged it back in it was fine. That isn’t working this time. I have reinstalled kodi, I have tried three different hmdi cables, I checked all settings….. Grrrr. Help!!
