Trying to install Kodi on a W8.1 laptop. I’ve downloaded the file, and have followed the instructions in two YouTube videos. Everything goes well until I select finish, when it all turns wrong. Instead of seeing the desktop shown in both videos (by Simply Austin and Geekazoid, the first installing K16, the second K14.2), with a bubble-infested blue background with a black stripe containing the ‘VIDEO, MUSIC, etc., I see something completely different.
Is there a good YouTube video describing the installation of K17 to which anyone can gain access?
