Help Plz

I have been trying to days and I just cannot seem to figure it out. Can some one please help me figure out how to change the color in the inner menu for system. like when you click on System tab and it says Appearance, Live Tv, Weather, Profiles and stuff. I can change the font (ttf file) but I cannot change the color i have tried everything I know. Thnx In advance.
