Dark picture is so fucking shit! How do I fix it?

OMG Dark picture is sooo shit!!!! Can anybody tell me how to adjust the settings? I’ve got the adroid box but no fucking combination of settings I try makes the picture any less dark.anybody got any bright ideas?[/align]
