Kodi VU+/Enigma2 Client not working

Hello i am using Kodi 17 krypton final version on my amazon 4k Box android box
But I cant install the Kodi VU+/Enigma2 Client ! I get a error msg and I cant start it.

is this a bug ? how can I get it to work ? on kodi 16.1 it was working
