I hope this is the right place to post this, I have Kodi installed on an android TV Box and it’s been running fine except for one issue that started two days ago.
A few of the streams I have saved in ‘favourites’ are opening with either no picture and just sound OR they are playing fine but I cannot use the controls (stop/back etc) they just don’t show up on the screen. The only way I can get the stream to stop is to hit the home button, settings, apps, force stop kodi. When I open the same streams directly from the addon they play fine and controls can be used normally.
I did install a TV guide prior to this issue happening but uninstalled it as it didn’t work correctly after a few hours. That’s the only change I made before this started happening. I’ve googled for this issue and tried a few ‘fixes’ – force stop and cleared cache in Kodi, changed acceleration settings. I even uninstalled Kodi, clearing data first, and re installed twice. So now I did a factory reset of my box and installed Kodi via Google play and I still have this issue with a few streams!
I’m not an advanced user so not sure what else it could be. Hope someone can help?
