Help, no addons

I have the new KODI and am trying to install this addon – http://muckys.mediaportal4kodi.ml And I double click on addon, then put that address in and press OK then add name and press OK the I click finish and it does not addon nothing. I have added on other URLs , about 6 and this does not work, why is that?
