External USB HDD Not showing on Raspberry Pi

Hello!
I have a problem with Kodi 17 for Raspberry Pi 3. I have an External USB HDD Drive (4Tb WD Elements, Blue HD), it is formatted in EXT4. If I connect it to the raspberry with the original enclosure it came with, The raspberry does not detect the drive. If I connect it with a USB Docking Station (USB 3.0, fits two 3.5″ HDD) it is detected, I can see the disk, its contents and watch it normally.
I thought it was the original enclosure, but I bouthg another one (standard USB 3.0) and had the same problem.
I have a back up disk formatted in ExFAT, and I have the exact same problem: with the WD Box (this one is a Tochiba) doesn’t work, with the docking station works perfectly.
Both disks work perfectly on my Mac, both connected through the docking station and the WD enclosure.
Any ideas?
Please if you need any specific details, such as submit a log or type certain commands in the SSH console, please let me know exactly how to do it, I’m not very good with Linux.
