Dependencies Not Met Screen Won’t Quit

The message screen comes up on all the add-on repositories as “dependencies not met” and will not quit. I hit no and the X and it runs through all of the addons AND keeps repeating and will not go away. Weird. Everything else seems in order. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance…
