There are problems with DTS music files which, in my opinion, did not exist with Kodi 16. I am a Poweruser listening to 5.1 music. That would have struck me!
Consequences Errors occur:
The file format mainly from DTS phonograms and files is partially misrecognized and therefore also passed wrongly to the AVR. I have done this extensively. The transfer and display of the DTS file format from the blu-ray player to the AVR works faultlessly.
Also Kodi on my PC with 5.1 loudspeakers directly at the PC shows this error!
I am using Windows 64-bit 10 (Stand-PC: Pro)
On the Harman Kardon AVR 365 the Media PC ORBSMART AW-06
(Orbsmart Mini PC AW-06 Quad Core Windows 10 (64-Bit) TV Box (Intel Atom CPU, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, HDMI 1.4, 1x USB 3.0 + 3x USB 2.0, 1x 3.5mm audio, 100 Mbit- LAN, dual band WLAN-ac, Bluetooth 4.0)
The screenshot should show the error:
Blu-ray DTS-HD MASTER-AUDIO werden nicht korrekt weitergegeben (zB Steven Wilson – 4 1/2).
There is also no 5.1 surround plays!

DTS-CD files (eg: Tangerine Dream – Chandra – The Phantom Ferry Part II (2014) .wav) is not shown as DTS in the AVR. Unfortunately the file is not played in 5.1 Surround!
On the PC with directly connected speakers, however.
