Help With settings, Image???

I have tried reinstalling MQ7. I have two setups and this happens with only on one of them and I am asking for help because I just can’t figure this out.
If I go to: Settings> Skin settings> Icons and Images> I see this

But if I select any of the options on the right such as: Media Flags – Icons or Video Genres – Icons
This is what I get:

What have I done & Any ideas on how I can fix this?
