Pi3 Interlace problems

Hi,

as usual first post and a problem 😉

I like to watch football/soccer. So i watch a lot of it on S** .

Problem is that it seems that deinterlacing is turned on and off. If you watch the the playingfield in total the interlacing is off, or turns off after a short time. If you see only one or two players on the screen the interlaceing will turn on.

Strange thing is , that sometimes everthing is working ok (eg Championsleague yesterday)

So i took a peek at the streams with Mediainfo

Championsleague (working perfectly)

I tested with Libreelec 7/8/9 and on 4 different Pi3 and 4 different TVs.
Backend is TVHEADEND.Git 4.2 (ArchLinux on a PC)

Symptoms are on all platforms. So i assume that there is no hardware problem

Hints and suggestions welcome !

Kind Regards,
Alex
