In my powerful Windows 10 PC I see 1) sometimes sound is not in sync with video and 2) video decoding is bad, sometimes I can see clearly the squares (maybe of size 1/40 of the screen)
With Android (Odroid C2), I never saw 1, and 2 is never an issue with the same file
What is the problem? I thought Kodi has its own decoders and they were the same for all platforms.
