Kodi on Mac OS damaged

I downloaded Kodi and installed it on my Mac. It worked fine. I made adjustments. Anyways, I didn’t like them and decided to uninstall Kodi and re install it to a fresh start. I keep getting ““Kodi” is damaged and can’t be opened.”. I deleted Kodi from Application Support. Emptied trash. Not sure what is going on. Please help. Thank you.
