Remote control on app Windows 10

Hi all.
I have downloaded the Windows 10 app on my desktop PC.
On my smartphone I have also downloaded the app for remote control (https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/store/p/…ggh4t892).
I have setted my PC IP address on the app of the phone, but I can’t connect.
The remote control app works also on the app for PC?
