Kodi 17.1 stable Can’t get https links

Hi,

I have an Ubuntu 16,04 LTS x64 PC, and I installed the kodi 17.1 from the PPA stable. However the HTTPS links Can’t be opened, So a lot of HTTPS repository not works after the update from 17.0…
