trying to upgrade friends PC from 16.1 to 17.1 full install – getting ‘stopped working’ error every time I launch it,
deleted the Addons27.db file as per user comments here , but that did not work,
so i deleted the entire folder and started kodi again but I got the same problem,

16.1 works for now but some of the channels stopped working.
