I am NO I.T. crazy person, so please assist in plain terms of what to do.
I had Windows 7 and Kodi Jarvis. Started having some issues and decided to upgrade to Krypton yesterday. When trying to open from my taskbar, it popped up a message ‘kodi stopped working’ with further details APPCRASH.
I then uninstalled and reinstalled twice, but the same problem remained.
So, today I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, hoping it would solve the issue. Kodi was uninstalled before the time. With new Windows 10, I first tried to install directly from website and it did not work and now again from Microsoft store.
The problem now on Windows 10 is not that it pops up a message saying ‘stopped working’. When I launch from taskbar or directly from program files, it simply does nothing, not even an error message. Can anyone assist on how I can atleast get Kodi open to main screen.
