Won’t start up Krypton on Win 8.1

Just upgraded to krypton from jarvis, won’t start up. I’m on Win 8.1, I’ve tried looking in other threads for solutions, can’t find anything… I’m not the most computer savvy but have basic knowledge (before I get the post”debug log”) so may need an explanation on some things. I’ve tried to look for “%APPDATA%” file and the “addons27” file but can’t locate. Any help would be appreciated before going back to jarvis, thanks for your time
