I’m missing the ‘Set Content’ page?! I have no movie posters!?

This is really weird…I think (I’m a total newbie). I’m missing an entire part of the initial setup. I’m using a Venz V10 Android Box with Kodi v17 and can’t even get the most basic function which is to have the Movie display with all the posters, movie categories, etc…

On a freshly installed Kodi, when on the ‘Movie’ tab, I go to ‘Enter files section’ and select my source in ‘Add video source’, I never get to the next setup page which should be ‘Set Content’ which looks as below. Is that normal for an Android install (because the below screenshot was taken from tutorial video done in Windows)? Is it possible to have Kodi working properly without it? I’m not talking about any plugins, repos, etc… just the most basic function of Kodi, the pages with all the movie posters.
