DXVA2 hardware acceleration crash with Chrome 640/645 graphics?

Hello,

I’ve searched and no one has had this issue.

So I have this issue with DXVA2 causing crashes the moment it is enabled. The image goes to green, then blacks out and windows claims that it has denied access to hardware for Kodi, This happens every time. It was the same with Kodi 16. Recently VIA updated their drivers but the effect is the same with their older 32.00.00g driver. Audio still plays on. (it’s on a passthrough via HDMI)

I’m currently using Kodi without the DXVA2 acceleration but the load from decoding is too much to do anything else when a video is running (for example, if I have a netflix video paused, the video Kodi is running will drop frames)
