Major Email Problem

I know this is probably a very stupid question, but I set up a android box for my neighbor
at my home as I’m disabled and used my email to download 17.1 onto his box to install
from the store. .I figured it would be no problem to remove my email after I got him setup.
Boy was I wrong!!, I need help please!!
