New Skin Fault

Hi all,
I was setting up Kodi on Windows and checking out different skins, I got to Titan and all I got was a blue screen with circular transparent bubbles on it. Almost like Confluence skin. The pointer is there and moves, but nothing else shows up. I’ve reinstalled Kodi and it goes right back to it. I can’t get out of Titan.
Does anyone have any ideas?
