Setup UHD/4K resolution on Kodi

Hello all ,
I’m new on this forum , so apologies if my questions are already solved somwhere here

Question 1 : How can i setup the Video Output from 1080p to UHD ( Xiaomi MI TV 3 UHD – Android based – Kodi 17 )
I can’t even change it ( Grey )

Question 2 : Same on Amazon Fire TV UHD ,
