Kodi server 6-offline

I am very new to Kodi and bought a Firestick with it preloaded. I am having issues watching some of the programmimg I was able to watch just recently. On cCloud TV the server status shows all servers online except server 6. How can I fix this and could it be causing my issue? Thanks!
