Appearance tab missing on 17.1

hey guys, I have 2 devices (one fire tv, one fire stick) that I recently updated to 17.1. I’m trying to add shortcuts to the home page and can’t figure it out. It seems the appearance tab under settings is just not there. Is this a glitch with 17.1? Could be a noob user error, but I don’t think so. I’ve done this a million times. Only thing I’ve seen suggested is switching skins. I’ve tried Confluence and Estuary… the appearance setting is just gone. I can still access my addons, its just a pain.. Please help.. lol
