I’m new to Kodi and I’m a having a problem I hope someone can help me with. Most of the new TV shows I try t watch play at frame rate of 25 fps and I’m getting lots of stuttering on default settings. I have a MQX Pro 4K box and a Panasonic TV 50/60HZ, my wifi is100Mbps in the room with the box. When I bring up the video stats when playing the vq drops in the first few seconds and then bounces from 5-0 at which point a skip occurs. This isn’t improved when selecting auto refresh in Kodi. When I disable amcodec the vq stays around 90% and I don’t get any skips but I get a drop about every 20 seconds. The only display options on the android system are auto, 1080p 60HZ or 720p 60HZ and switching on HDMI self-adaption seems to make no difference. 23.976 FPS have the same drop in vq and the stats say there are drops but I don’t see them when watching. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
