tv list with video addon streams

hi, is it possible to add video addon streams to the iptv simple client? i tried using url for the plugin directly and also under strm file. the iptv client however didnt recognise it. is there is any way to add streams from addons to IPTV simple client? any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
