Help

I’m new to kodi trying to figure everything out and the best build I have a firestick and havebit on my computer but it’s not acting right and I don’t understand about thecrepiditories addons programs and so one I want to be able to listen to police scanners and everybsddon esoecially afult itvseems a lot doesn’t work. Also I’ve been trying to watch bsywatch for a week and it has the files but plays a complete different thing can anyone help me with walk through? To add on everything I’m wanting I watch the YouTube videos but mine never works that way
