Kore issue – Unable to connect

I am having a problem remotely connecting to my Kodi setup on my Win 10 desktop pc from the Kore app on my Android phone, I enter my settings as required and attempt to search for my setup but keep getting the following message after a few seconds.

‘couldn’t connect to kodi/xbmc please check the configuration’. I have checked the log file to investigate but I am no further forward. I only noticed this issue occuring soon after I updated from 17.1 to 17.3 (please note I am using the Windows store version).

I have also tried using the Yatse app but I am still not getting a connection. Any help/advice would be appreciated Smile
