I am having an issue on my daughters laptop and I can’t figure out what is wrong. Have installed 16.1 Jarvis and using the pulse build. When I go to run a movie or live stream or a TV show the video does not play but the screen either goes blank or flashes. Can anyone please assist me with this. I am beside myself with not knowing.
Running Windows 7 and more than enough disk space.
Please if anyone knows how to fix the issue I would greatly appreciate the help.
The audio works fine. Is there some sort of setting I am missing?
