Just after kodi launches a video starts playing of singing cats?!

Kodi 16 (don’t want to use 17) on firestick.. as soon as kodi launches a video automatically starts playing of singing cats.. it’s called boc boc.. I’ve updated it .. cleaned it up but it still plays?
